Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean
which is still relatively uncommercialised and
a haven of natural beauty.
The coastline of North Cyprus offers some of
the finest and safest bathing in the Mediterranean.
The crystal clear waters of the eastern Mediterranean
are wonderful for swimming, snorkeling, sailing
and skiing.
In the past two years Northern Cyprus has experienced
a true property boom. In the past year the prices
for properties have at least doubled and there
is still a lot of room for capital growth.
This trend will continue as more and more investors
are seeking a property in Northern Cyprus as it
opens its doors and is more accessible to tourists
worldwide. It is widely recognised that the investment
potential here is excellent and now is an ideal
time to buy.
Cyprus has long, hot summers and short mild
winters. The island receives around 300 days of
sunshine a year and in summer temperatures easily
reach the 30s. The sea temperature even in winter
rarely drops below 16 degrees, making the opportunity
to swim in clean, clear waters stretch long past
the usual summer.
